1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight WFL Media Ltd and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
11. All bookings must be made in advance of the date of the cruise. To board the vessel the client must have a confirmed reservation /ticket which is valid for the date and package booked.
12. Christmas party groups must have one single point of contact, “the organiser”, and it is this established person who will be the main point of contact for the booking including for details, amendments, payments and for any other matters connected with the booking.
13. Minimum tables of 6 or 10 people available. Tables must be booked in their entirety.
14. Tables may be reallocated should a party size drop, but this will be subject to availability and at our discretion.
15. The Company will make no refunds in relation to any decrease in numbers after payment of the invoice.
16. Pre-orders and dietary/allergy details required in advance.
17. There is a set menu for each Event, with a vegan option also advertised. An alternative special dietary menu for all other dietary requirements is available upon request. A surcharge may apply for kosher meals as these have to be purchased from an external supplier.
18. We reserve the right to make changes to the advertised menu in the event of shortages in the supply of particular items, and will endeavour to ensure any substitutions are to an equivalent standard or better.
19. If the number of tables required should increase following the initial booking, we will try to accommodate additional requests, but this will be subject to availability and at our discretion.
20. Any changes made to a confirmed booking may only be made with the permission of the main organiser.
21. Thames Luxury Charters Ltd. recommend arriving at the boarding pier fifteen minutes before the scheduled boarding time. For whatever reason Thames Luxury Charters Ltd. will not make any refund should clients miss the boarding slot.
22. If booking with a credit or debit card that the client does not have the legal right to use the booking will be invalid.
23. Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
24. Thames Luxury Charters Ltd. reserves the right to substitute another vessel and, if necessary, for reasons beyond its control, to cancel the booking, but Thames Luxury Charters Ltd. will not in such circumstances be liable for any expenses incurred by the client.
