4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
11. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
12. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.

    my experience during the New Year’s Eve boat event did not align with the description provided at the time of booking, and I believe a refund is warranted. Below are the key issues I encountered: 1. Table arrangement: • We were seated 8 people at a table designed for 4, making the dinner extremely uncomfortable. 2. Prosecco unavailable: • Despite the description stating wine (including prosecco) would be available, I was informed early in the evening that there was no prosecco left. 3. Fireworks experience: • The description promised a prime view of the fireworks, but: • We were transferred to smaller boats with insufficient indoor seating, forcing many of us to stand outside in freezing temperatures. • Our boat stopped far from the fireworks, and other boats overtook us for better positions. 4. Missing champagne toast: • The promised champagne toast to celebrate the New Year was not provided. I paid £550 per person for this event, which I feel was far below expectations for the price. I kindly request a response from the organizers regarding my complaint and a refund for the disappointing experience; I wold asked for :" Hi Maria, thank you for your review. We're so sorry to hear about your experience. As we hope you know, DesignMyNight is a self-service ticket and booking platform that event organisers and venues use to manage their ticket sales and bookings. I did it but no one answered to me.

    I had an absolutely fantastic time at the New Year's Eve party! It was such a fab way to see the new year in—the atmosphere was lively. The food was great, and the singers were fantastic entertainment. The crowd was also really friendly and fun, which added to the overall experience. The only thing worth noting is that the transition to the other boat felt a little unprepared. It could have been a bit more organized to make it smoother for everyone, but it didn’t take away from the overall enjoyment of the evening. All in all, it was a memorable night, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and festive way to celebrate the New Year!
